Why is my registration information not retained?

The plug-ins stored registration data in the Windows registry. Permissions or security software can prevent those changes. The free full-version license details appear on each download page. Consult your system administrator before changing managed system settings.

Are the plug-ins available for Mac?

No. These installers are for Windows. No Mac version was released.

Why was my graphics application not detected?

The installer may not recognize the application or its version. The original installer allowed a custom installation folder. See the historical compatibility list for applications that were tested.
